We will email you a detailed report describing the indoor air quality of the areas where you collected your samples. Indoor air quality will be described in terms such as NORMAL or ABNORMAL.

Your specific report will include information as it relates to the surface samples collected by you and received by NMT.

EASY TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS:

You will receive your kit via Fed Ex ground. Orders are typically fulfilled the following business day. Fed Ex ground delivery is approximately 2 to 5 days.

Neatly print and fill in the appropriate information including sampling date, time and description of each sample location on the and chain of custody provided in your kit. Check all information for accuracy.

Follow the detailed instructions included in the kit and collect your air samples in the locations selected by you. Collect surface samples (optional) when applicable.

Place the completed samples into the kit, remove the ship to label and affix the return label to the handle of the kit. Dial 1-800-GO-FEDEX to arrange for a convenient Fed Ex ground pick-up for delivery to NATIONWIDE MOLD TESTING.

Reports are typically written 3 to 4 days after receiving the certified lab analysis. Reports are sent via email only in an effort to expedite your order quickly and help save the environment.
